This book is blowing my mind. Why didn’t they teach us this stuff when we were in grade school, high school and college? Ms. Smith is a nutritionist and a certified weight-management expert. She has been featured on The Steve Harvey Morning Show, The Montel Williams Show, The Jamie Foxx Show, and The Michael Baisden Show. I started reading her book on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 and I can’t put it down. The information Ms. Smith provides in Lose Weight Without Dieting or Working Out is amazing. She stresses the importance of detoxing before you can even think about losing weight. Ms. Smith calls her system for weight loss success DEM – Detox, Eat, Movement.
